All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed once Coffee Klatch has confirmed your event in writing and a deposit has been received.
Coffee Klatch has a minimum booking value of $600. Inquiries below this minimum cannot be accommodated.
A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. Your event date is not held or guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Payment details, amounts, and due dates will be outlined in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation. Coffee Klatch does not collect payment information through the website.
Coffee Klatch does not offer cancellations or refunds once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid. We understand that plans sometimes change, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event to a new date, subject to availability.
To request a date change, please contact us as early as possible. Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to our calendar availability at the time of the request.
